WHERE WE SHIP

Australian orders are shipped within Australia & US orders ship from within the USA. We currently do not support shipping to other countries.

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders over $29 enjoy free shipping. All orders come with tracking.
Australia: $5 AUD
USA: $5 USD

ORDER DELIVERY TIMES

Processing orders at our Australian or US warehouse typically takes 1-2 business days. Keep an eye on your tracking info, which will be sent via email for any updates.

Australia: 2-3 working days after dispatch
USA:  2-3 working days after dispatch

Please note that travel times provided are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control. 

SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT WITH MY ORDER

First thing to do if you haven’t received your order is check our standard transit times along with your tracking number that was emailed to you, if something still doesn't look right then please reach out to us on hello@shoobie.com.au

If there’s a mistake with the address and your goodies boomerang back to us, we'll need to charge for shipping again to resend your item. Remember, we can’t offer refunds if the wrong address was given to us.

Also, once an order's on its merry way or confirmed, no cancellations sorry! But hey, if your order hasn’t hit our dispatch team yet and you haven’t seen a shipping confirmation email, we should still be able to cancel it for you.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Changed your mind? No worries! We're happy to offer refunds as long as the product is returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery.

Just a heads-up, if you need to send something back, the return shipping costs are on you. Also, any shipping fees from your original order aren't refundable.
